How should I prepare for my session?

Upon booking you will fill out the Client Questionnaire, once that information has been filled out you will receive additional information based on your answers (i.e., location, creative direction, etc.).

Please be sure to come to the session well rested, wearing comfortable clothing that makes you feel confident, and well-groomed.

Do you offer studio sessions?

Yes, you can now book a studio session. There are two packages that include a studio session - Standard Portrait (Studio) and Professional Headshot (Studio).

Can I bring someone with me to my session?

Yes, feel free to bring no more than 1 additional person to your session to observe the shoot.

How far will you travel?

Do you deliver RAW (unretouched) images as final images to clients?

No, many photographers DO NOT provide RAW images.

Each final image received by the client will include retouching to some extent to display the talent and retouching skills of the photographer.

When will my photos be delivered?

Each client will receive a gallery with proofs (lightly edited images which are not the final product) within 72 hours after their session with a watermark.

Once the client has selected the images to be retouched, the final retouched images will be delivered within 2 weeks.

For events, a client will receive their final gallery within 2-3 days after the event.

How many images will I receive?

The amount of images you will receive is stated in the package you’ve selected (i.e., the package states, “10 retouched images” you will receive only 10 images).

Can I purchase additional images with my package?

Yes, you can add additional images to your package for $30/image.

You will receive an additional invoice to include the additional images. The invoice must be paid to receive your final images.

Can I print the final images?

Yes, you will have access to a client gallery to print the final images.

If you intend on printing please refrain from printing at Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS as the quality of the images will be subpar. If you are in need of printing recommendations, please let the photographer know.

When is my final payment due?

Your final payment is due upon arrival of the session, if your final payment is not received before your session begins your session will be cancelled.

If a package says" “Up to 2 people” does it include myself?

Yes, it includes yourself with 1 additional person.

How do I reserve my session?

Select the package of interest on the “Book” tab and fill out the requested information. Once the requested information has been received by the photographer you will receive an email with an invoice for the NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit.

The NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit must be paid in full and the contract must be signed to reserve your session and secure your selected date and time.

How much is the Reservation Deposit and does it go toward my session?

The NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit is 50% of the package selected and it will go toward your session.

For instance, if you select the Standard Portrait which is $210 - $105 is due to reserve and secure your session date and time and the remaining $105 is due upon arrival to your session.

What if I need a specific date for a session that isn’t listed on your availability?

No worries, if you contact the photographer via email at info@briemg.com she can try arranging a date for you based on availability.

If you prefer to book during a weekday or a weekend that is not available per the website calendar, send an email to get additional information on possible availability.
